This Scanpan Pro IQ 32cm Frying Pan is made from hand cast 100% recycled aluminium which offers outstanding heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this frying pan easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. This frying pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non stick coating is PFOA and PFOS free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results.
